Yes. Paid plans allow research and commercial use of the figures you generate, as set out in our Terms of Service. Check each figure for scientific accuracy and follow your journal's rules on AI-assisted images.
The free plan covers the free tools. Signup and daily bonus credits stay in your account, and AI generation unlocks as soon as you buy any plan or credit pack. The smallest pack costs $2.99.
Every tool draws from one credit balance. A 1K or 2K AI figure costs 5 credits, a 4K figure costs 10, and a chart drawn from your data costs 1. The table above lists every cost.
Monthly plan credits are valid for 31 days and yearly plan credits for 365 days. Credits from credit packs, the trial pack included, never expire. Settings → Credits shows the expiry date of every grant.
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing. You won't be charged again, and your plan and credits stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
The credits for a failed generation go back to your balance, so you only pay for figures you receive.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, as described in our Terms of Service. If you were charged twice, did not receive the credits you paid for, or a paid service could not be delivered, write to support@scifigure.org and we will put it right.
Checkout runs on Stripe, so your card details never reach our servers. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; credit packs in US dollars can also be paid with WeChat Pay.
A plan costs less per image and suits regular work: on the yearly Standard plan an image costs about $0.12. A credit pack is a one-time purchase with no renewal, for figures you only need now and then.
